Tube Lines Framework Agreement.

Delatim have been selected as one of the preferred bidders for the Tube Lines Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Framework Agreement – TLL7115. The framework contract is valued at £40million and will run for five years. Delatim have been awarded a number of the first packages to be released and hope to continue this trend for the remaining contract lifecycle.

Network Rail Multi Asset Framework Agreement (MAFA)

Delatim are pleased to announced the recent award to carry out Communications and Electrical installations works on the Sussex Line. The works involve working on a number of stations on the Sussex Line completing installation of new power and lighting as well as new Station Security and Information Systems (SISS).

Tower Hill Step Free Access

London Underground have appointed Delatim to be the Principle Contractor at Tower Hill Station for the First Phase of the Step Free Access Project. Design, premises, electrical and mechanical activities are required to enable the station systems to be relocated in order for a new lift facility to be installed.

Back -Up Service Control Centre – Pelham Street

London Underground have awarded Delatim a key ATC Project for the Back Up Service Control Centre at Pelham Street. The works involve remodelling the existing building to accommodate the new ATC Signalling equipment being installed by Bommardier for the SSR ATC Project. Delatim as Principle Contractor will be responsible for the design and installation of all premises and M&E works for the 3 story building.
